The conference was chaired by comrade Pham Trieu - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, attended by representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and representatives of the Fatherland Front Committees of districts and cities.
The conference reviewed and commented on the following contents: Results of the emulation movements of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts and cities in 2024 and orientations for 2025.

Contribute ideas on contents related to guidelines for implementing the construction of a united, prosperous and happy residential area in the province; organize the mobilization of the Fund for the Poor in 2025; promulgate regulations on dividing emulation clusters and assigning tasks to emulation clusters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts and cities; contribute ideas to complete the emulation and reward work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

The delegates basically agreed with the contents of the dissemination and implementation instructions of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. However, some delegates suggested that there should be more detailed instructions on the criteria for evaluating a united, prosperous and happy residential area to suit the reality of life; regarding the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, there should be the participation of the Party Committee and the government in calling for socialization to achieve the goal...
The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested that districts strictly implement the reporting regime; focus on giving comments on documents of Party Congresses at all levels; grasp the people's situation; carry out the emulation movement to eliminate temporary houses; actively compete to build united, prosperous and happy residential areas at all four levels.
Promote the self-management and creativity of the People; raise the sense of self-reliance and self-improvement of each family; promote the role of the People as masters in the direction of "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit". Build self-management models in residential areas; implement reasonable emulation cluster division and promptly review and promulgate emulation and reward regulations for timely application.
