(kontumtv.vn) – In Document No. 611 issued on February 26, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee requested localities and relevant departments and branches to promote the implementation of non-cash social assistance policy payments.

The Provincial People's Committee directs units and localities to strengthen propaganda and mobilize beneficiaries of social security policies to voluntarily open bank accounts to receive social security benefits; make non-cash payments to beneficiaries without creating administrative procedures; the payment process must be simple, convenient, easy to access, easy to use and suitable for policy groups. The Provincial People's Committee requests the State Bank of Vietnam's provincial branches to continue directing commercial banks to have policies to support and offer incentives on payment service fees for beneficiaries of social security policies when opening and using bank accounts; strengthen technical infrastructure to ensure the ATM system reaches the centers of communes in the province./.
