Revealing the top 200 talented Gen Z who will receive scholarships from Van Lang University

This year , Van Lang University has more than 400 talent scholarships for students with outstanding qualities or achievements in study, sports, arts, scientific research, entrepreneurship, and community activities.

In the first round of reviewing scholarship program applications , the first 221 candidates are expected to be selected from 746 submitted applications. These are talented candidates with good and excellent academic achievements in 3 years of high school . In particular, 37 students have excellent high school academic achievements from 9.0 to 9.67, 45 students come from specialized schools in provinces and cities, 164 students have outstanding academic achievements demonstrated through national/local awards and 159 students have outstanding achievements through awards in other fields (sports, arts, international integration, movement activities...) .

Gen Z - global citizens

Aiming at an international educational environment, Van Lang University attracts many candidates with a solid foreign language foundation . Notably, 108 scholarship candidates have IELTS English certificates from 5.0 to 8.0, most of whom have IELTS certificates of 6.5 - 7.5. Candidates also have many international experiences through scientific research competitions and meaningful community activities.

Pham Quang Hung (Ngo Gia Tu High School, Dak Lak) won a 100 million VND scholarship for Multimedia Communications at Van Lang University with excellent achievements and learning experiences.

Hung has an IELTS certificate of 6.5 and is one of 25 students from Dak Lak province sponsored by the US Embassy with a full English scholarship. In 2022, Quang Hung was selected to participate in the Access Summit conference, interacting with excellent students from Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the United States.
