Better version every day
In 2017, Than Ngoc Ha Duyen (pen name Dreamiie) made her mark in the literary world with the crime novel "Step of Aspiration". At that time, Duyen had her own startup project and achieved many successes. However, she still aspired to become a better version of herself every day, full of emotions, expanding her knowledge and ability to contribute to society. Duyen was determined to step out of her comfort zone and go abroad to study.
Ha Duyen believes that education is the key to changing human destiny and always wants to contribute to the country.
Duyen trained herself to be independent in a strange environment, without relatives or friends, to become stronger and more mature. On the other hand, she wanted to connect with her inner world and understand herself better on her new journey. People often talk about "overcoming hardships and difficulties", but for Duyen, leaving favorable conditions is also a risky journey and requires courage. "I realized that I have to stand on my own two feet. Independence and intelligence are the wings for young people to go further and help more people" - Duyen shared.
Starting with a bachelor's degree in literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU-HCM, she chose to continue her studies in international marketing. Duyen graduated with an MBA from the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) under the training program of Bangor University - one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the UK. And when she was not yet 30 years old, she became a doctoral student in dual majors of psychology and educational development psychology at Central China Normal University (Wuhan City, Hubei Province - China).

Duyen is lucky to have continuous experience with international projects. She learns clear thinking, professional working methods, takes advantage of the power of technology and the ability to adapt to any situation.
Studying through many new majors and testing herself in diverse fields helps her develop her expertise, working capacity, and confidence as a global citizen. The majors are correlated and complementary, which are the links that help her have a different approach to completing her work well. "What I do is a combination of both extremes: logic, reason, and imagination. I want to turn marketing campaigns, teaching activities, and psychological counseling into creative arts," Duyen said.
Ha Duyen always tries her best on the academic path.
Duyen’s priorities in this journey are foreign languages, physical fitness and mental health. Over the past 5 years, she has practiced English, learned Chinese, jogged, practiced yoga and meditated almost every day. These habits have helped her improve her academic performance, think positively, regenerate energy and maintain endurance.
Duyen has experience as a teaching assistant at the National University of Singapore and as a consultant on marketing strategy and brand development for organizations, businesses, and international trade activities between Vietnam and Singapore. In addition, she regularly contributes to educational and volunteer projects in non-governmental organizations. Recently, Duyen has invested more time and effort in teaching and business. Duyen's happiness is to be able to convey the quintessence of knowledge she has acquired and accumulated from many years of studying abroad as well as sharing practical skills in international projects to the next generation.
Currently, Duyen actively arranges her work to travel between Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City more and more frequently to participate in teaching and research work in the country. Her wish is to be a companion to young people, helping them find a direction that suits their personality, abilities, strengths and inherent resources. For Duyen, it is wonderful to build herself into a person with identity, abilities and opinions but without losing the spirit of building, spreading good things and transmitting positive energy to the community.
