This morning, March 26, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam visited and congratulated the Provincial Youth Union on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union March 26 (1931 - 2024).

In 2023, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will continue to consolidate, improve and synchronously deploy solutions to improve the quality of work in building a strong youth union; strongly and comprehensively innovate the organization, content and methods of operation to meet the requirements in the new situation.

The Youth Union chapters at all levels have recruited 10,019 new members, ensuring the process of political theory training for new members; established 6 new Youth Union bases with 55 members; introduced 1,968 outstanding members to the Party for consideration of admission, of which 781 members were admitted to the Party.

Actively and effectively organize volunteer activities to participate in building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, volunteering to protect the environment, responding to climate change, and volunteering to ensure social security. Activities to promote the spirit of pioneering in performing national defense and security tasks continue to be carried out regularly and effectively.

Activities to accompany young people in starting a business and establishing a career are focused on. Regularly pay attention to and implement well the military rear policy, organize career guidance activities, create stable jobs for young soldiers who have completed their military service and returned to their localities; focus on organizing activities to support young people in starting a business, social security projects and programs, volunteering for community life, with a value of more than 1.1 billion VND.

To date, the province has 3 cooperative groups, 82 economic development clubs, 492 youth economic models with an income of over 100 million VND/year. Youth Union chapters at all levels have increased the application of information technology and digital transformation in activities with many outstanding and creative ways, creating a widespread impact among young people and all classes of people.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam acknowledged and commended the achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of all cadres and youth union members in the whole province, especially always promoting intelligence, dedication, dynamism and creativity to create many practical and meaningful works and tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security of the province, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee pay more attention to improving the quality of youth union work and youth movements to achieve more outstanding and impressive results.

In particular, it is necessary to continue to organize vibrantly, richly, and diversely programs and activities to educate the young generation on revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles; improve the quality of volunteer activities to ensure social security, volunteer to participate in building new rural areas, building civilized urban areas, volunteer activities to protect the environment, and respond to climate change.

Pay more attention to improving the quality of activities to support young people in starting a business, especially in coordinating with banks to help young people access preferential loans to build and develop economic models; promote career counseling and job introduction activities for young people.

Implement the campaign "For beloved juniors" synchronously, comprehensively and effectively, focusing on caring for children in difficult circumstances.

Focus on directing, orienting, and creating conditions to improve the quality of organization, apparatus, and activities of Children's Houses at all levels and the Quang Tri Youth Activity Center to better meet the learning, playing, and living needs of children.

On the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang sent the best wishes to all cadres and youth union members; at the same time expressed his belief that the youth in the whole province will continue to promote the pioneering and exemplary spirit in all fields, excellently complete assigned tasks, and make more positive contributions to the cause of building and developing the homeland and country to become more civilized and prosperous.
