At the 2nd conference, the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee focused on discussing and giving opinions on the plan to arrange and consolidate the grassroots party organizations under the Provincial People's Committee. Based on the decisions and relevant documents of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the establishment of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the implementation of Conclusion No. 126 of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to terminate the activities of 67 grassroots party organizations under the current Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and establish 59 new grassroots party organizations under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

And unanimously authorized the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to issue decisions to establish grassroots party organizations and appoint the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, deputy secretary, inspection committee, chairman, deputy chairman, and members of the inspection committee for the 2020-2025 term. The Party Executive Committee also gave opinions on the contents of preparations for Party congresses at all levels of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2025-2020 term. Unanimously established 4 sub-committees including: Personnel Sub-committee, Document Sub-committee, Propaganda Sub-committee, and Service Organization Sub-committee.

Based on the opinions at the Conference, Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that Party committees and Party organizations in the Party Committee closely follow the Directives and Conclusions of the Politburo and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to well organize the grassroots congress in March 2025 and the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term scheduled for August 2025. The number of delegates attending the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term is agreed to be 300 delegates, representing 7,355 Party members in the entire Party Committee. The office and relevant Party Committees are requested to complete the contents so that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee can issue decisions according to regulations; at the same time, continue to closely follow the contents, if any issues arise, promptly seek the opinion of the Executive Committee for resolution./.
