High school graduation exam will take place on June 26-27

The Ministry of Education and Training has just sent a document to the Departments of Education and Training: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ninh Binh, Nghe An and Quang Tri to respond to the time of organizing the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

After receiving the official dispatch from the Department of Education and Training of these provinces and cities regarding the consideration of adjusting the exam schedule for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the Ministry of Education and Training acknowledged and highly appreciated the initiative of the units. The proposal to adjust the high school graduation exam schedule is to meet the practical needs of the locality and other actual situations.

However, considering many factors, the Ministry of Education and Training decided to keep the 2025 high school graduation exam schedule as announced in the 2024-2025 school year plan (according to Decision No. 2045/QD-BGDDT issued on August 1, 2024).

Specifically, the 2024-2025 school year schedule clearly states that the 2025 high school graduation exam is scheduled to take place on June 26 and 27, 2025.

Keeping the exam schedule as announced is to help stabilize the psychology of students and parents. At the same time, it does not affect other activities in the education sector.

The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training of localities closely coordinate with relevant units to implement the 2024-2025 school year plan, organize the 2025 High School Graduation Exam according to plan and ensure safety, seriousness, and compliance with regulations.
