Including factories including: Caustic soda factory with a total capacity of 80,000 tons/year, PAC (Poly aluminum chloride) factory with a capacity of 30,000 tons/year, Calcium hypochlorite Ca(OCl)2 factory with a capacity of 20,000 tons/year, H3PO3 factory with a total capacity of 10,000 tons/year...
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2026.

The Billion Union Vietnam Fabric Factory Project in Nghi Son Economic Zone, invested by Billion Union Thanh Hoa Textile Co., Ltd., is a project to produce fabric, finish textile products, and print flowers on textiles, using modern technology, with a total investment of 70 million USD and a land area of 32 hectares. After completion and operation, the project will play an important role in supplying 18,000 tons of fabric per year to the domestic and international markets, creating jobs for thousands of local workers and contributing to increasing the state budget revenue of Thanh Hoa province.
The factory is expected to be completed and put into operation in June 2026.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Van Thi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, sincerely thanked the attention and support of the ministries and branches at the Central level; the efforts of the branches and levels in the province and the consensus and support of the local people.
He requested that sectors, levels, Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Board and industrial parks, Nghi Son Town Party Committee, Nghi Son Town People's Committee, local Party committees, authorities, organizations and people in the project area work together and coordinate well with investors and contractors to implement the project.
