Realizing that saving electricity will contribute significantly to saving costs, Mr. Hau actively responded to Earth Hour. The entire electrical system is turned off at 8:30 p.m., leaving only essential equipment to ensure daily life and business operations.

In addition to agencies, units, and households, at exactly 8:30 p.m., all decorative lighting systems, public lighting, and high-pressure lamps on streets in Ha Giang city were turned off. Priority was only given to lighting locations at intersections, crossroads, and key locations to ensure safety for people and vehicles. As a result, after one hour of turning off lights and unnecessary equipment during the Earth Hour campaign in 2025, the whole province saved over 7,200 kWh of electricity./.
