In addition to praising the unit that resolved the records before and on time with a rate of 100%, the Chairman of Phu Ninh District People's Committee reminded and directed the unit that did not perform well to urgently resolve the records correctly and before the deadline; completely resolve the remaining and overdue records on the Administrative Procedures Resolution Information System.
The District People's Committee directed to publicize the list of files and officials, civil servants and public employees who are handling overdue files, and apologize for overdue files. It also proposed specific tasks and solutions for each sector and commune-level locality to continue improving the quality of handling administrative procedures in the coming time.
For example, in the January 2025 assessment, the Chairman of the District People's Committee requested the Director of the Phu Ninh Land Registration Office Branch to check the causes, focus on overcoming and ending the situation of late and pending records on the Electronic One-Stop System (Igate), on iLis software and in reality.

For overdue records, the Chairman of the District People's Committee requires that, at least 1 day before the deadline, the unit must notify the District One-Stop Department in writing and send an apology letter to the citizen according to regulations; resolutely and strictly handle irresponsible cadres, civil servants and public employees who let the records be processed late, request citizens to supplement their records 2 times or more; intentionally cause difficulties and frustration for individuals and organizations in handling administrative procedures.
The monthly assessment has created positive changes in handling administrative procedures, ensuring 100% of records are processed on time, promoting the implementation of online public services and online payments at 100% in many agencies and localities.
Mr. Huynh Xuan Chinh - Chairman of Phu Ninh District People's Committee said that the District People's Committee assigned the District Internal Affairs Department to regularly monitor the compliance with discipline and administrative discipline of agencies, units and localities in receiving, resolving and returning results of administrative procedures; implementing online and digital public services.
Advise the District People's Committee to conduct monthly assessments of heads of agencies, units, and localities and evaluate and classify the level of completion of year-end tasks of agencies, units, and localities.
