The National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025 - 2035 period, approved by the National Assembly in Resolution 162, dated November 27, 2024, with a total implementation capital of 122,000 billion VND, includes 10 components with detailed targets, tasks, and specific activities such as: Developing Vietnamese people with good personalities and lifestyles; building a healthy and civilized cultural environment; developing a synchronous and effective infrastructure system, landscape, and cultural institutions; building a cultural environment from the grassroots; improving the effectiveness of information, propaganda, and cultural education...

Synthesizing and absorbing the opinions of the delegates at the Workshop, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung emphasized that this is a national target program on cultural development, aiming to build a civilized society, enrich the cultural identity of regions, promote positive cultural factors, shape the cultural environment to form cultured people, meeting the needs of society. Therefore, he requested that specialized departments continue to study, supplement and complete the draft Report based on the opinions of the delegates at the workshop and rely on local resources, ensuring the development of a focused and key program, contributing to the effective implementation of Resolution 162 of the National Assembly./.
