Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hang, Head of the VNDG Vietnam Branch in Hue city, spoke at the congress.

During the past term, members of the Vietnam Dong Dang Association in Hue City actively participated in many seminars and scientific conferences on culture and Dong Dang; actively collected, researched, and introduced based on field documents, collected and promoted, introduced the Dong Dang culture of Hue to the public, participated in writing articles for specialized magazines, monographs, and participated in programs to create and promote literature and art.

Including domestic and international scientific conferences organized by the Union of Literature and Arts Associations of Hue City, the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Hue City, the Hue City Historical Association, Kyoto University (Japan), Aix - Marseille University, Lyon University (France), Pukyong National University (Korea), Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Arts (Hue University), Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts.

In addition, members also participate in many creative camps and field trips organized by the Hue City Union of Literature and Arts Associations. In particular, in 2024, many members participated in the Folklore Research and Creation Camp organized by the Hue City VNDG Association in coordination with related units in Thuy Thanh commune with the aim of creating conditions for members to penetrate into reality to learn, research, collect and create on the topics of historical traditions, culture, nature and people, contributing to highlighting the rich nuances of Huong Thuy folk culture in particular and Hue city in general.

From the efforts in researching, collecting and compiling about VNDG in the past term, the Association and members of the Vietnam VNDG Association in Hue city have achieved many outstanding achievements, many people were awarded the title of Folk Artist, received the Medal for the cause of Vietnamese folk arts, and awards at the provincial and national levels.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Dr. Tran Dinh Hang, Head of the Vietnam VNDG Association in Hue City, affirmed: "All members of the Association continue to strive to operate effectively and achieve more practical achievements. Actively advise and propose to local authorities, the cultural sector and the Vietnam VNDG Association to pay attention to printing, publishing, and enriching the research assets of Hue folk culture in the national cultural heritage treasure".

Launching the Executive Committee of the Association for the 2025 - 2030 term

On this occasion, the VNDG Vietnam Branch in Hue City elected the Branch Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hang, researcher Nguyen The, Dr. Nguyen Thi Suu, Dr. Tran Van Dung and Dr. Le Anh Tuan received 100% of the votes of the participating members.
