On the afternoon of February 28, 2025, at the Ministry Headquarters, the Ministry of Home Affairs solemnly held a Conference to announce the decision to commend and retire leaders and managers according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government.


Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Home Affairs chaired the Conference.

Attending the Conference were Deputy Ministers; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Heads of units under the Ministry; Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Trade Union of the Ministry, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry, Veterans Association of the Ministry of Home Affairs and comrades who were awarded.

Speaking at the Conference, Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra congratulated the comrades who have been recognized, commended, honored and awarded noble state awards by the Party and State to leaders and managers for their contributions during their work. They are now pioneers, exemplary comrades, ready to retire early to create favorable conditions for the organization and apparatus of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In this particularly meaningful moment of merging the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Minister acknowledges, appreciates and commends the sense of responsibility and personal sacrifice of comrades for the revolutionary cause of the organizational apparatus. Early retirement has had an impact on the thoughts, feelings and emotions of comrades. With the desire to contribute, comrades have put aside their work to focus on the common goals of society and the Ministry of Home Affairs, willing to retire earlier than their age. This is also an example of the spirit of party members for the great cause of the country.

Among the comrades who have retired early, there are comrades who have been with the Ministry of Home Affairs since graduation, dedicating their youth and almost their entire lives to actively and tirelessly contributing to the cause of the State Organization sector. On behalf of the Party Committee of the Ministry, the Ministry's leaders, and all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Minister expressed his deep gratitude and wished that the comrades would continue to uphold the tradition of the Ministry of Home Affairs, fulfill their civic duties, continue to make contributions to society, and be worthy soldiers in the community and in their families in the journey ahead.

The conference conducted the awarding of state-level awards and certificates of merit from the Prime Minister to comrades retiring under Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the implementation of organizational arrangement of the political system.
