Hanoi strengthens inspection of handling feedback and recommendations on iHanoi

Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi People's Committee has issued Plan No. 23/KH-UBND dated January 23 on inspection and supervision of administrative procedure control activities, internal administrative procedures, handling of feedback and recommendations on the digital capital citizen platform - iHanoi in 2025 in the city.


Accordingly, the plan aims to strictly adhere to the principles of "Taking people and businesses as the center" and "Smart administration - Dedicated service", inspection and supervision work must ensure substance and proactiveness, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operations of specialized agencies and local authorities.

Thereby, promptly detecting and preventing violations and shortcomings in administrative procedure control activities, internal administrative procedures, handling feedback and recommendations on the digital capital citizen platform - iHanoi, putting this work into order, contributing to improving service quality, investment and business environment; ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and organizations in the city.

Through inspection and supervision, it contributes to enhancing transparency and responsibility, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles; praising, encouraging, and replicating good and effective initiatives, solutions, and practices; enhancing the responsibility of heads of agencies and units, focusing on receiving, resolving, returning results, administrative procedure records, and handling feedback and recommendations on the digital capital citizen platform - iHanoi in 2025 in Hanoi.

Along with that, strengthening inspection and supervision, thereby contributing to improving the quality of administrative procedure settlement, providing public services, online public services, handling feedback and recommendations on the digital capital citizen platform and strengthening people's trust in state administrative agencies.

In addition, the plan sets out the content of checking the reception and handling of feedback and recommendations on the digital capital citizen platform - iHanoi, including statistics on the total number of feedback and recommendations received; the total number of feedback and recommendations resolved on time; the total number of feedback and recommendations resolved overdue - subjective and objective reasons.
