Specifically, for Hien Giang Industrial Cluster - Phase 1 with an area of 9.62 hectares located in Hien Giang commune, Thuong Tin district. The main business is the Craft Village Industrial Cluster with the orientation of arranging the following industries: carpentry, wood carving, stone carving and some other industries in accordance with the provisions of law. The total estimated investment capital and investment capital structure is 240,859,000,000 VND.
For Hoa Binh Craft Village Industrial Cluster - Phase 1 with an area of 7.04 hectares located in Hoa Binh commune, Thuong Tin district. The main business lines are horn combs, production of products from horn bones, civil carpentry, mechanics, textiles, construction materials and some other industries in accordance with the provisions of law. Estimated total investment capital, investment capital structure: 206,131,000,000 VND.
Huong Ngai Craft Village Industrial Cluster - Phase 1 has a scale of 10 hectares in Huong Ngai Commune, Thach That District. The total estimated investment capital and investment capital structure is 249,842,000,000 VND. The main business lines are Forestry product processing, production and trading of high-end wooden furniture, handicrafts and some other industries in accordance with the provisions of law.
The objectives and scale of investment in the construction of technical infrastructure of the above 3 Industrial Clusters are oriented towards: green, clean industry (energy saving, no pollution to the environment, air, noise); application of high technology. Ensuring investment in the construction of centralized wastewater treatment plants applying modern environmental treatment technology; building a separate wastewater collection system and surface water collection system; arranging collection and collection locations for waste: industrial waste, garbage; lighting systems, trees, etc.; Building synchronous and modern infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, trees, water supply, collection and treatment of wastewater, solid waste, fire prevention, fire fighting, power supply, public lighting, etc.).
All 3 Industrial Clusters have a progress of implementing technical infrastructure construction investment projects: 24 months from the date the City People's Committee decided to establish the industrial cluster with the project's operating period of 50 years.
Investment incentives and support for investors in industrial cluster technical infrastructure business and organizations investing in production and business in industrial clusters are entitled to investment incentives according to the provisions of the Investment Law, Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 14, 2024 of the Government on management and development of industrial clusters and relevant legal provisions.
