(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Dong Anh district to organize the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the X2 Kim Chung resettlement area.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 737 on assigning the task to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area.
According to the decision, Hanoi City assigned the People's Committee of Dong Anh District to organize the preparation of local adjustments to the Detailed Planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area (located in Kim Chung Commune, Vong La Commune). At the same time, the city authorized the People's Committee of Dong Anh District to approve the budget for the preparation of local adjustments to the Detailed Planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area; the authorization period is one year from the date of issuance of the decision.
Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for assigning specialized departments under the District People's Committee to appraise the budget according to current legal regulations. Regarding technical design content, cost estimates for surveying and drawing topographic maps and current status maps, Dong Anh District People's Committee shall comply with the provisions of Decision No. 38 of the City People's Committee.

Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for reviewing, researching and evaluating the contents related to the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the X2 Kim Chung resettlement area. After being approved by the City People's Committee, the adjustment of the detailed planning shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law on urban planning and related legal regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee requested the district to allocate capital to organize the establishment of local adjustments to the detailed planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung resettlement area according to regulations; ensure the use of funds appropriate to the content and nature of the work performed, avoiding budget waste.
The Department of Planning and Architecture is responsible for monitoring, urging and guiding the organization of research to establish local adjustments to detailed planning according to regulations. Relevant departments and branches, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for coordinating, inspecting and guiding the People's Committee of Dong Anh district to implement the work according to regulations.
According to the planning project, the X2 Kim Chung resettlement area is located in the southwest of Dong Anh district, in the territory of Kim Chung and Vong La communes. Regarding the project boundary, the northwest borders the urban green park land; the southwest is Sap Mai village; the southeast borders the Giua canal; the northeast borders the regional road with a cross-section of about 36m.
The X2 Kim Chung resettlement area has a total area of 20.15 hectares, with a population of about 5,236 people. In terms of land use structure, public land accounts for more than 0.48 hectares; educational land accounts for more than 1.9 hectares; residential land accounts for more than 6.8 hectares; green land accounts for more than 3.8 hectares; and traffic land accounts for more than 7.1 hectares.
