The resettlement area of the Ring Road 3 project through Long An has completed the infrastructure system and handed over the plots to the people.

Currently, there are 10 houses that have been completely built, two houses are under construction of foundation, pillars, walls... with a total area of each house from 100-120m2, depending on the plot.

Along with that, the entire electricity, water, traffic and tree systems in this resettlement area have been completed, so that people can receive plots of land to build houses conveniently and safely.

Standing in front of the gate of the three-story house, Mr. Dao Van Ngoc (63 years old) happily said that the old house, about 300m from this resettlement area, was degraded and severely damaged. He always slept at night with the fear of it collapsing at any time, especially during the rainy and stormy season. Now, the People's Committee of Tan Buu commune and the compensation board of Ben Luc district have provided him with a plot of land to build a large, beautiful house, a dream that he has not had in his entire life.

The house was completed before the Lunar New Year of At Ty, my family moved in right away, it was very cozy. Not only me, but also five neighboring households were very happy. Many people jokingly said that having a spacious house was like winning the lottery. However, because the residential area is new, water and electricity are not as expected," Mr. Ngoc happily confided.

Mr. Nguyen Van Lan's family is also affected by the Ring Road 3 project through Long An. His house has an area of over 130m2 of land recovered for construction purposes.

Mr. Lan shared: "The current resettlement area is not far from the old house location. The government has actively supported us to settle down in the new location. Now our children and grandchildren are busy doing business to develop the family economy."

According to Chairman of Ben Luc District People's Committee, Mr. Le Thanh Ut, the government has assigned 51 plots of land and the district has created all favorable conditions for people to stabilize their lives.
