European coffee importers have been aggressively increasing imports in 2024 in preparation for the implementation of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), demonstrating the acumen of the coffee market as new regulations gradually come into effect.
According to experts, the tension in the coffee market will show signs of easing in 2025. However, it is forecasted that coffee prices will continue to trend upward in the long term, partly due to the impact of climate change and many other factors.
Specifically, on January 27, 2025, experts predict that domestic coffee prices will likely remain flat or have a slight decrease. After that, the market will create momentum to continue the upward trend in the coming time. This fluctuation requires producers and consumers to closely monitor market developments to make appropriate decisions.
