Attending were representatives of the leaders of the Committees of the Hue City People's Council; leaders of Thuan Hoa district and delegates of the district People's Council.

The conference discussed and issued a Resolution on the establishment and arrangement of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Thuan Hoa district, including: establishing the Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and at the same time receiving the functions and tasks of state management of ethnic affairs from the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee of the district. Establishing the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas on the basis of the Department of Urban Management and receiving the functions and tasks of state management of industry and trade from the Department of Economy. Establishing the Department of Culture, Science and Information on the basis of the Department of Culture and Information and receiving the functions and tasks of science and technology from the Department of Economy.

In addition, establish the Thuan Hoa District Health Department, receiving the functions and tasks of state management of health from the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee of the district and the functions and tasks of social protection; children; prevention and control of social evils from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thuan Hoa District receives the functions and tasks of state management of natural disaster prevention and control and agriculture from the Department of Economy and receives the functions and tasks of poverty reduction from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The Department of Education and Training receives the functions and tasks of state management of vocational education from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee transfers the functions and tasks of state management of ethnic affairs to the Department of Home Affairs and transfers the functions and tasks of state management of health to the District Health Department.

Thus, after establishment and arrangement, Thuan Hoa District People's Committee has 10 specialized agencies. The Resolution takes effect from March 1, 2025.
