With 734 entries from 100 units, the National Television Festival continued to affirm its own appeal. The highlight of the Festival was the judging and awarding of prizes for 11 categories including: Children's Programs (26 entries), Documentaries (97 entries), Reports (140 entries), Short Reports (148 entries), Science and Education Programs (46 entries), Dialogue-Discussion Programs (46 entries), Ethnic Minority Language Television Programs (52 entries), Music and Dance Programs (57 entries), Stage (20 entries), Television Feature Films (34 entries) and Videos on digital platforms (66 entries).

With 34 entries from 14 production units, the number of TV Dramas this year has nearly doubled compared to the previous Festival. In addition to experienced film production units, this year's Festival has the participation of a number of local stations: Huong Dong Lac (Dong Thap Radio and Television Station), Binh Minh Dang Rising (Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center).

Notably, there were two thematic seminars with content closely following the practical development needs of the television industry and aiming to apply AI in activities. Along with that, professionals discussed the VTV Ratings audience data measurement system in assessing professional quality as well as audience viewing trends for television programs.
The workshop "Skills of TV journalists in the digital environment" was attended by leading experts in the field of digital journalism. The workshop included two main contents: Skills that help TV journalists succeed in the digital environment and How to optimize work efficiency with "AI Colleagues".
The workshop " Data mining and artificial intelligence application for digital transformation for TV stations" focuses on data mining solutions, AI applications and advanced technologies to improve the efficiency of production, distribution and management of television content copyright... on multiple platforms.

Within the framework of the Festival, the Organizing Committee implemented a number of sideline activities in Binh Dinh province: Free screening examination to help detect congenital heart disease early for children under 18 years old; Inauguration and handover of 10 houses, 3 schools and starting construction of 2 bridges with a total value of nearly 4 billion VND; Giving away televisions, savings books to poor households and awarding scholarships to students in difficult circumstances.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee honored 54 gold prizes, 98 silver prizes, 223 consolation prizes and 3 individual awards.

According to the Prime Minister, television is not simply a medium, but the heartbeat of people, the breath of social life, the voice of the times. In the period when the country is changing strongly, entering a new era, building a rich, civilized, prosperous country, the role of press and television is even more important: Being a bridge between the Party, the State and the people; arousing trust, the desire to contribute; spreading noble and profound human values, good feelings and promoting the spirit of great solidarity, compatriotism, and national love.
Besides, the television industry is facing many big challenges: The increasingly high and diverse tastes, demands and requirements on multiple platforms of the audience; the rapid development of science and technology, especially digital technology.
