Exciting art contest "Youth Melody"

On February 23, in Ha Long City, Ha Long High School for the Gifted organized the final round of the "Youth Melody" art contest, practically celebrating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26 (1931-2025) and the 35th anniversary of the founding of Ha Long High School for the Gifted on March 20 (1990-2025).

The “Youth Melody” art competition was held in 2 rounds: Preliminary and final. After 38 performances in the preliminary round held on March 17, 12 excellent performances made it to the final round.

In the final round, the performances were divided into 3 parts: "Echoes of the thousand-year-old spirit" with pride in the origin of the Dragon and Fairy's descendants, the homeland of the brilliant brocade; "Epic of the times" with songs about the heroic history of the nation, the indomitable will and indomitable spirit of our ancestors and "Youth Melody - Vietnamese Melody" with performances about the young generation's efforts to study, practice and contribute to the country.

The contest entries were elaborately staged.

Not only does it bring a vibrant artistic atmosphere, an opportunity for students to express their talents and creativity, the "Youth Melody" contest is also a message through music and art sent to young people: Live and experience with all the enthusiasm and positivity from your own heart and mind to contribute and shine.

Each performance shows the spirit and enthusiasm of the union members and young people.

At the end of the contest, 3 First prizes were awarded to the Youth Unions: 12C1 with the performance “Vietnamese Soul in the Rhythm of the Rice Drum”, 12 Literature students with the performance “Quang Ninh Vinh Khuc” and 10 French students with the performance “Legend of the Dragon and Fairy Descendants”. Along with that were 4 Second prizes; 5 Third prizes and 10 additional prizes for excellent performances.

The new song "Chuyen Ha Long - Where dreams take flight" conveys the pride and deep gratitude of generations of students for the beloved Chuyen Ha Long School.

On this occasion, the school's Board of Directors presented flowers to congratulate teachers who were Secretaries of the School's Youth Union through the periods; introduced the Liaison Committee of the Alumni Association of Ha Long Specialized School and introduced the new song "Ha Long Specialized School - Where Dreams Take Wings".
