People can go to the locations listed above to complete procedures to change or reissue their driving licenses.

There are 11 reception locations distributed in districts and towns. People can choose the appropriate time and location to come to complete the procedures.

Time to receive documents is from Monday to Saturday every week at two time frames: 7:30 - 11:30 and 13:00 - 17:00. People who want to change or reissue a driving license will complete the application including: Application for changing or reissuing a driving license according to the prescribed form; health certificate of the driver issued by a qualified medical examination and treatment facility (except for people with driving licenses of class A1, A2, B1); copy or electronic copy from the certification of the driving license, citizen identification card or passport with valid term of use (for foreigners, present documents of settlement abroad).
