200 seafood-based bread dishes will be set as Vietnamese records

The festival will also set a record of 200 bread side dishes made from seafood ingredients. According to the Organizing Committee, setting this record is to reaffirm that although bread originated from the West, over hundreds of years of existence and development in Vietnam, Vietnamese people have turned bread into a dish with its own unique Vietnamese identity. The bread side dishes will be displayed on a boat, symbolizing the journey of Vietnamese bread to the open sea.
