With the theme "Building and developing electronic newspapers according to modern trends", the discussion took place in a friendly and open atmosphere. The officials, reporters and editors of Ninh Binh Newspaper, Ha Nam Newspaper and Nam Dinh Newspaper frankly raised the current situation of developing electronic newspapers in their units; clarified the difficulties and obstacles and shared many experiences in the implementation process.

In addition, there are important contents such as: balancing information between print and electronic newspapers in the same editorial office; arranging human resources to develop electronic newspapers; changing the mindset of cadres, reporters, and editors in making electronic newspapers; leadership and direction in developing content on electronic newspapers to ensure attractiveness, meeting information and propaganda requirements; management work for electronic newspapers...

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Ngoc Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper emphasized: Developing electronic newspapers is a matter of special concern for local Party newspaper units in general and Ninh Binh Newspaper in particular. Since 2007, the electronic information page of Ninh Binh Newspaper has been deployed. By 2020, Ninh Binh Electronic Newspaper will officially launch.

In recent times, publications on Ninh Binh Electronic Newspaper have increasingly met the requirements for fast, accurate and attractive information; many new forms of press works have been used such as Inforgraphic, E-Magazine... Thereby contributing to improving the quality of propaganda work, receiving recognition and evaluation from local Party committees, authorities and people.

To strengthen coordination, experience exchange, and information dissemination among the three units, Ninh Binh Newspaper, Ha Nam Newspaper, and Nam Dinh Newspaper agreed to sign a coordination regulation for the 2022-2025 period.

The coordination regulations include important contents such as: the three agencies increase information exchange on professional and technical fields of operation; periodically (once a year) organize a review and draw experience.

Build appropriate special pages and columns on press publications, increase information and propaganda, introduce achievements in socio-economic development; promote the beauty of the land and people of Ninh Binh, Ha Nam and Nam Dinh. Exchange professional experience; raise awareness and responsibility of cadres, reporters and civil servants; build a cultural environment in press agencies.

The organization of the conference and signing of the coordination regulations aims to concretize the determination of the Editorial Board, staff and reporters of the three units to effectively implement Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the 12th Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation; Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress on Building a professional, humane and modern press and media.

Strengthening the connection between the 3 Party newspaper units of the 3 localities, thereby creating conditions for cadres, reporters, civil servants, and workers of the 3 units to exchange, learn, and share experiences, raising awareness, responsibility, and professional skills of the local Party newspaper team, meeting the integration and development trend of the press in general.
