On the morning of June 11, in response to the celebration of International Yoga Day (June 21), 300 students of Zen Yoga Group participated in a yoga performance at the Buddha King Statue area, Yen Tu Relic and Scenic Area (Uong Bi City).
The program is held for 2 days (June 10 and 11). This is the first cultural and sports performance held at the Buddha Statue area, Yen Tu scenic relic site.
Here, in addition to the performance program, there are also activities of Yoga dance exchange, flexibility, learning about “meditation and Yoga postures”. In addition to Yoga lovers in Quang Ninh, the event has attracted many students from Yoga clubs in provinces and cities across the country to attend.
Yoga is not only a simple sport but also has meaning in discovering one's own body and harmonizing with the natural world. In Vietnam, in recent years, the Yoga practice movement has developed strongly, attracting many people of all ages to practice.
Previously, on the evening of June 10, Zen Yoga Group organized the Thien Hoa Dang program, performed songs, Yoga dances, and a gala night with sharing from Yoga experts, attracting hundreds of participants.
