The delegates were informed by the reporter of Yen Son District Police about some basic contents of Traffic Safety Year 2023 with the theme "Respecting the law to build a safe traffic culture"; Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer and Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP, dated December 30, 2019 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the field of road and railway traffic; road traffic rules, speed of road motor vehicles, regulations on wearing helmets for oneself and children when participating in traffic by motorbike, electric motorbike, etc.
