In Youth Month 2025, the Youth Union at all levels is determined and unanimous to successfully implement 11 targets such as: Establishing 138 youth volunteer teams, building 200 youth works and projects; organizing 138 youth volunteer teams for "Digital Education for the People", opening 50 training classes, popularizing digital skills for youth union members and people; supporting resources for 10 difficult areas, where ethnic minorities live; undertaking and building 15 new houses, supporting 2,500 working days in the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025"; implementing 100 volunteer activities to participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; striving for at least 30 outstanding union members to be introduced to the Party for consideration of admission; having at least 3 innovative and creative activities...
Comrade Duong Minh Nguyet, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, presented funding to support the construction of 9 "March 26 Houses" in Ham Yen.

At the launching ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union of the province, Ham Yen district, units and benefactors awarded 30 scholarships to 30 students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies in Ham Yen district; awarded 36 gifts to families with difficult circumstances; donated funds to support the construction of 9 26/3 Houses worth 540 million VND; 25 IELTS scholarships, 15 sets of computers, and support to eliminate 1 temporary house and a dilapidated house. The total value of resources to implement the activity is over 1.2 billion VND.
Delegates inaugurated the "Lighting up the countryside" route in Thanh Long commune (Ham Yen).
Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates and members of the Youth Union participated in response activities such as: planting trees; inaugurating the road to light up the countryside; organizing the program "Digital Education for the People"; mobilizing volunteer troops to clean up the environment, prevent plastic waste, clean ponds, lakes, rivers and streams; starting the construction of the 26/3 House, the 15/10 House; inaugurating the IT room for children at Hung Thang Primary School; mobilizing volunteer troops to dismantle temporary and dilapidated houses...
