Transferring some state management functions and tasks from departments to the provincial police to receive.

On the afternoon of February 28, at the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Hall, Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the Conference on transferring a number of state management functions and tasks from departments to the Provincial Police. At the conference, the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on transferring some state management tasks of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial Police was announced. At the same time, the organization signed a record of handing over state management tasks in some areas from the Department of Transport, Department of Justice, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to the Provincial Police.

Accordingly, the Provincial Police will receive and perform additional state management tasks, including: Drug addiction treatment and post-drug addiction treatment management; Network information safety and security; Testing and issuance of road motor vehicle driving licenses; Judicial records and public service of issuing judicial records.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong and delegates witnessed the leaders of the Provincial Police and the Department of Transport signing the minutes of handover of the task of testing and granting driving licenses for road motor vehicles.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong highly appreciated the spirit of effort, initiative, responsibility and especially the urgency of the Provincial Police and the agencies responsible for the transfer. He requested the units to continue to strictly implement the direction of the Central and the province on arrangement, streamlining and organization of the apparatus.

The Provincial Police directs the reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses to ensure stability, continuity, smoothness, efficiency, and no interruption in the tasks transferred from the Departments. At the same time, focus on publicly announcing changes in agencies, procedures, and processes for handling administrative procedures to facilitate easy access for agencies, organizations, individuals, and businesses.
