Continue to review "black spots", potential traffic accident spots and unreasonable traffic organization nationwide to propose solutions, plans and roadmaps to overcome them.

Review and handle the responsibilities of units that have been repeatedly recommended but have been slow to fix "black spots" and potential spots that cause traffic jams and very serious, especially serious traffic accidents.

Continue to rectify and improve the quality of training, testing and issuing driving licenses; review and improve standards and conditions on facilities for driving training facilities. Improve the quality of vehicle registration and inspection.
