VNPT eDiG with many benefits in digitizing records

VNPT eDiG is a software system that helps customers convert data from paper records into digital signal data, which can be understood, read and stored by computers in the unit's database. This system is flexibly deployed; easily integrated based on the current status of customers; helps create an open database, easy to search, access and exploit; units can create statistical reports on records, synthesize data extremely quickly. The product development process complies with the software production process, built according to the requirements of the product quality management system TCVN ISO 9001:2022 and the Information Security Standards according to TCVN ISO 27001:2015.

In addition to the ability to respond on a large scale to large customers according to the cloud computing model, VNPT eDiG can meet the storage of many levels/types of records - including unidentified record information. The system currently has 12 subsystems with 66 functional groups and more than 600 features.

VNPT eDiG also helps identify, extract text information and reduce manual data entry; manage stored information with search tools, manage document records conveniently, quickly and accurately. The system supports printing/reading by barcode; helps manage registration for use/borrowing/returning/extending the time of use of paper documents or online documents quickly and conveniently... well meeting the implementation of document digitization for many different customer groups such as departments, branches, industries, businesses, hospitals...
