Deputy Director of PN-KB Tourism Center Nguyen Ngoc Giau said that there are currently 17 tourism products in PN-KB National Park; including tourism products of international standards. To turn the potential values ​​of the heritage into different and unique tourism products, the unit regularly improves the quality and renews existing tourism products; focuses on investing in upgrading facilities, infrastructure, entertainment services, etc. The park management board has launched many new games and check-in points on the Chay River-Dark Cave tourist routes, Mooc stream and the central area to welcome visitors.

At the same time, put into use mobile sanitary equipment on the route "Phong Nha Cave - Discover the mysterious depths" to minimize the impact on the natural ecological environment; repair the boat house, ticket control gate at the central boat station; renovate the Memorial Temple for heroic martyrs on Road 20 - Quyet Thang...

“Last year, the tourist routes and destinations managed by the unit welcomed and served more than 525 thousand visitors (an increase of about 15%). Although tourism and service development has recovered and grown strongly, tourism products are still monotonous, there are no major tourism products to create highlights in the region, tourism activities have been innovated but still slow, supplementary services are still lacking, seasonality has not been overcome; propaganda and promotion are not strong while competition in price and service quality at tourist routes and destinations is increasingly fierce…”, the Deputy Director of the PN-KB Tourism Center shared.

Head of Planning and Finance Department (PN-KB National Park Management Board) Tran Xuan Hung said that with the aim of promoting communication, promoting images, introducing destinations, affirming the destination brand of PN-KB National Park to travel agencies, tourism service businesses and domestic and foreign tourists, in 2025, PN-KB National Park Management Board will continue to focus on the domestic tourist market and promote intra-provincial tourists with the program "Quang Binh people travel to Quang Binh" and "Each Quang Binh resident is a tour guide/a tourism ambassador".

In particular, focusing on key markets such as: Hanoi and the Northeastern provinces; Ho Chi Minh City; neighboring localities from Thanh Hoa to Quang Nam; at the same time paying attention to potential markets in the Central Highlands, the Southwest, Thai Nguyen and the Northern midland and mountainous provinces. For the international tourist market, the focus will be on attracting tourists from traditional markets in North America; European countries; expanding cooperation and promoting the reception of visitors from the ASEAN market (Singapore, Laos, Cambodia), Australia, Korea, Japan, etc.

Promotional and tourism promotion activities in PN-KB National Park aim to mobilize social resources, effectively implement cultural and tourism programs and events to create a widespread promotional and communication effect to domestic and international tourist markets, build PN-KB tourism culture and impress tourists with friendliness, safety and honesty. Strive to increase the number of tourists by 15% or more; revenue increases by 12-15%...

“Communication and promotion of tourism products and services will be carried out for 3 main groups of customers. For tourists from other provinces, the Management Board of PN-KB National Park will focus on promoting and introducing typical products of PN-KB National Park. For Quang Binh people, the program “Quang Binh people travel to Quang Binh” will be implemented; incentives will be given to delegations of agencies, organizations and units in the province who visit and stay in the province. For international tourists, the quality of services for adventure tourism products, cave exploration tourism and development of tourism products on experiencing nature, biodiversity research…”, Head of Planning and Finance Department Tran Xuan Hung added.

In 2025, the Management Board of PN-KB National Park plans to organize cultural, promotional and tourism promotion activities in the province, domestically and internationally, including: Organizing propaganda, promotional and tourism promotion activities for PN-KB through celebrities, bloggers, KOLs; exchanging on management and operation, sharing experiences in tourism development, scientific research and conservation activities between the Management Board of PN-KB National Park and the US National Cave Association; attending the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2025, the Vietnam International Tourism Fair - VITM Hanoi 2025; learning experiences in organizing and developing tourism models and products. Connecting to promote and advertise tourism in Korea; exchanging and learning experiences in management, conservation and promotion of cross-border biodiversity values ​​in the PN-KB National Park and Hin Nam No National Park (Laos); Participate in promoting Quang Binh tourism at the ITE tourism fair in Ho Chi Minh City...
