Speaking at group 4, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy said that the implementation, development, and completion of the draft documents of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front were conducted methodically and scientifically, with extensive consultation in many steps and rounds through each draft, with thousands of comments received.
According to Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has seriously reviewed and researched to absorb and explain the comments on the draft Document, inheriting and promoting the outstanding and basic points of the previous term, continuing to innovate on the basis of updating the new policies and regulations of the Party and State on the position, role, rights and responsibilities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. In particular, the Party's policies in the documents of the 13th National Congress of the Party. Resolution No. 43 dated November 24, 2023 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to promote the tradition of great national unity, building our country to be more and more prosperous and happy. At the same time, closely following to ensure suitability and meeting the requirements of the proposed practical situation.
Also according to Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy, the draft document was commented on by the Central Committee and the Presidium at the 18th, 19th, and 20th Presidium conferences, and the 9th and 10th conferences of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. The Central Party Secretariat acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation of the content of the documents, personnel plans, congress programs, and other factors to ensure the organization of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Based on the announcement of the Secretary's opinion on the content and organization of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the basis of comments at conferences and seminars from provinces and cities, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has received, supplemented and completed the draft documents and implemented steps to complete the set of documents submitted to the Congress.
Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy summarized that the draft political report has two parts. Part 1 is the situation of the great national unity bloc and the results of implementing the action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2019-2024 term. Part 2 is the direction, goals and action program of the Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term.
Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy also added that, in addition to the draft political report as the main report, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has compiled and built appendices of outstanding results of member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in localities to illustrate the main report.
Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy informed that the draft political report has new points, supplementing the assessment of the implementation results of a number of tasks, meeting practical requirements, demonstrating the responsibility and timely creativity of the Front system that have not been proposed in the program content of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2019-2024 term...
