Continuing the 32nd session, on April 22, the National Assembly Standing Committee reviewed the results of the National Assembly's supervision delegation's supervision on "Implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-economic Recovery and Development Program and the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023".

The National Assembly Standing Committee gives opinions on dossiers and documents to ensure conditions for submission to the National Assembly; on the structure and content of the report, draft monitoring resolution and the content and duration of the monitoring video.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai stated that the National Assembly Standing Committee highly appreciated the results of supervision, supervision report, draft Resolution and commended the Supervisory Delegation for its efforts and determination to complete its tasks;
Highly appreciate the active and effective participation of the Government, National Assembly delegations, People's Councils of provinces and cities, State Audit, local ministries and branches, agencies, experts and scientists.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested the Supervisory Delegation to absorb the opinions at the meeting to complete the supervisory report with full appendices, summary reports and documentary videos on the supervisory topic. In particular, pay attention to the structure and content to highlight the achieved results as well as limitations and shortcomings, especially clarifying the causes, responsibilities and recommending appropriate tasks and solutions.
The report and draft Resolution need to further compare the specific goals and policies in Resolution No. 43 to fully reflect them.
In particular, it emphasized the results of macroeconomic stability related to issues such as: controlling inflation, exchange rates, public debt management, budget deficit management, harmonious combination between fiscal policy and monetary policy; flexible direction and coordination in the policy implementation process.
At the same time, it clearly and sharply shows the causes of legal regulations, the policy making process or the causes of implementation, including both subjective and objective causes.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai stated that the important and successful goal of the supervision topic is to have a Resolution of the National Assembly that includes solutions to ensure more effective policy issuance in urgent and urgent situations, when there are unexpected changes in the socio-economy due to objective factors. At the same time, there are solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, speeding up the implementation of important national projects.
The National Assembly Standing Committee basically agrees with the structure, presentation and many contents of the draft Resolution. Thereby, it is requested that the Supervisory Delegation and the Support Group closely coordinate with Government agencies to continue reviewing and designing full regulations to effectively implement the policies of Resolution 43 that have not yet been completed and accelerate the progress of important national projects.

The Government is requested to seriously absorb the opinions and assign specific tasks to agencies and units to closely coordinate with the Supervisory Delegation to exchange and provide information to complete the supervisory report and draft Resolution of the National Assembly .
