The above car belongs to Mr. MVU (residing in Ward 3, Bac Lieu City) who just bought it, has not installed a license plate yet, and plans to use it as a taxi.

On the evening of March 24, due to family matters, Mr. U. drove his car from Vo Thi Sau Street (Ward 3) to the area in front of the gate of Phung Ngoc Liem Children's House (Ward 7, Bac Lieu City) to temporarily park. On the morning of March 25, he returned and discovered that four of his car's wheels had been stolen. Mr. U. later reported the incident to the authorities.

On the same afternoon, a representative of the People's Committee of Ward 7 said that the suspect of stealing four wheels of a car, TCB (26 years old, residing on Vo Thi Sau Street, Ward 3, Bac Lieu City) had come to the ward police station to surrender and confess his actions.

At the police station, the subject confessed that after removing the four wheels of Mr. U's car, he hid them in a weedy area in Ward 2. The police recovered the four wheels and returned them to the victim and are continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
