On the afternoon of February 28, at the headquarters of the Hue City People's Committee, a signing ceremony of a three-year cooperation agreement between the Hue City Institute for Development Studies and Grab Vietnam took place to implement programs and initiatives to support the city's digital transformation goals.

Within the framework of 3-year cooperation, the two sides will focus on key areas such as: Promoting digital transformation in the field of transportation; Supporting micro, small and medium enterprises to apply information technology and digital transformation; Promoting digital transformation in the field of tourism, taking advantage of technological strengths to promote Hue's heritage, culture and cuisine; Enhancing digital skills for business households, small traders and local people.
In addition to the above main areas, Hue City and Grab Vietnam will also coordinate to implement a number of other activities to contribute to the local green and sustainable development goals.

In particular, Grab plans to soon pilot the Grab Cyclo service in Hue, contributing to supporting cyclo drivers in digital transformation, thereby digitizing a very typical travel experience of Hue that is popular with domestic and foreign tourists.
