Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize an international scientific conference "Preserving and promoting cultural heritage values associated with sustainable tourism development in Khanh Hoa province". The conference is expected to take place in August, with the participation of about 370 delegates who are managers and scientists from ministries, departments, branches, schools and central institutes; leaders of some provinces and cities in the country; leaders of Khanh Hoa province and colleges, universities and academies in the province; scientists from universities and research institutes in Korea, Japan, India, China, Thailand, France, Azerbaijan, the US, Singapore, Taiwan and Switzerland.

The workshop aims to contribute to promoting the conservation and promotion of the potential values of typical and unique cultural heritages in the province, associated with sustainable tourism development in the integration period, socio-economic development of the province to successfully implement Resolution No. 09, dated January 28, 2022, of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045. This is also an opportunity for domestic and foreign managers and scientists to exchange and propose solutions to preserve and promote cultural values associated with the development of tourism services.
It is expected that the workshop will have 100 speeches, discussions and opinions from delegates on related contents. After the workshop, the direct implementing unit will publish the workshop minutes; make a video clip to introduce and promote the potential and value of Khanh Hoa's cultural heritage. These products will be used as gifts from provincial leaders during meetings with diplomatic delegations.
