On the morning of February 28, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a conference to summarize the emulation and reward work in 2024 and launch the emulation movement in 2025. Attending the conference were Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council; Le Huu Tho - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Le Huu Tri - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Trang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and a number of members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
The conference announced the President's decision to award the First Class Labor Medal to Mr. Cao Cuong - former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; award the Second Class Labor Medal to the Nha Trang City Department of Internal Affairs and Mr. and Mrs. Huynh Thi Phuong - former Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Mau Thai Cu - former Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Son District People's Council; award the Third Class Labor Medal to Ms. Le Thi Kim Hoa - Chairman of the Khanh Thanh Commune People's Committee (Khanh Vinh District). Along with that, 2 collectives received the Government's emulation flag; 1 collective and 13 individuals received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister; 16 collectives received the emulation flag of the Provincial People's Committee; 78 collectives received certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan emphasized that 2025 is a year of many important events for the Party, the country and the nation. In particular, it is a time to strongly implement the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and the team of cadres and civil servants, ensuring effective and efficient operations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation; it is also a year to accelerate and make a breakthrough in completing the 5-year plan for the period 2021 - 2025, creating a solid foundation for the period 2026 - 2030. The province has identified the coming period as the "Decade of Elevating Development".
