On December 17, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang City said that it had received reports from 135 enterprises on salary results in 2024 and expected bonus plans for the New Year and Lunar New Year of At Ty in 2025.

Accordingly, in terms of salary in 2024, in the foreign-invested enterprise sector, the highest salary is more than 369.4 million VND/month, and the lowest salary is more than 4.3 million VND/month.

Regarding the 2025 Tet bonus, single-member LLCs with 100% state capital will have the highest 2025 New Year bonus of 35 million VND and the lowest of 300,000 VND; the highest Lunar New Year bonus of 46 million VND and the lowest of 2 million VND.

Joint stock enterprises with State capital contributions will have the highest bonus for the 2025 New Year's Eve of 17 million VND and the lowest of 200,000 VND; the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year of At Ty is 220 million VND and the lowest of 1 million VND.

The highest bonus for the 2025 New Year for private enterprises is 1.5 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND; the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year At Ty is 700 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.

Foreign-invested enterprises will give the highest bonus for the 2025 New Year's Eve of VND223 million and the lowest of VND100,000; the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year of At Ty is VND475.5 million and the lowest of VND100,000.
