(QNO) - After 28 years of re-establishing the province (1997 - 2025), from one of the poorest provinces in the country, 70% of the annual budget depends on central aid, by the end of 2024, Quang Nam's budget revenue reached more than 27,600 billion VND, 217 times higher than in 1997.
