Attending the ceremony were Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Youth Front Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Permanent Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union - Nguyen Kim Quy; Deputy Head of the Central Youth Front Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union - Do Tuan Hanh; Deputy Head of the Central Youth Front Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union - Tran Hoai Minh; Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Director of the National Volunteer Center - Do Thi Kim Hoa; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Long An Provincial Youth Union Council - Pham Van Hau and local leaders.
Delegates and families perform the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Charity House.
The house was built with a total cost of 80 million VND supported by the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Former Youth Volunteers to improve living conditions for former youth volunteers and spread the spirit of "Mutual Love and Support" in the community.
Moved by the support to build a new house, Mr. Le Van De shared: "I am very happy and grateful to receive the attention of all levels, sectors, the Youth Union and the Association of Former Youth Volunteers. The new house will help me have a solid place to live and give me more motivation to try harder in life."
This project is part of a series of activities in response to Youth Month 2025, welcoming party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; celebrating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025). Thereby, demonstrating the companionship of youth, all levels, sectors and the whole society towards former youth volunteers who have made many contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland./.
