Speaking at the opening of the Session, Comrade Nguyen Van Tan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Ha District People's Council emphasized that this is a very important session for the District People's Council to complete personnel work according to regulations, as a basis for the District People's Committee to successfully carry out political tasks in 2025. Therefore, he requested the District People's Council delegates to promote democracy, responsibility, frankness and quality so that the contents presented at the Session are considered and approved with the highest unity and consensus, meeting the requirements of practice and the political tasks of the district in the coming time.

At this session, Lam Ha District People's Council heard 5 reports including: Report on the issuance of a Resolution to stop the investment policy of a number of newly started projects; Report on the issuance of a Resolution to adjust the investment policy of the Phu Son Market Infrastructure Completion Project; Report on the proposal to issue a Resolution to adjust the investment policy of the Tan Lam Village Residential Area Infrastructure Planning Project (Da Don Commune); Report on the proposal to issue a Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 from the district budget; Report on the proposal to issue a Resolution to adjust and supplement the 2025 public investment plan from the provincial budget; At the same time, heard the inspection report of the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council.

Also at the meeting, Lam Ha District People's Council carried out personnel work within its authority, including a report and resolution on the dismissal of the position of District People's Committee Member for comrade Che Phuong Nam - Former Head of the District Department of Culture and Information and comrade Le Van Thiem - Former Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development due to job transfer. At the same time, elected to supplement the position of Lam Ha District People's Committee Member for the 7th term, 2021 - 2026 term for comrade Tran Phu Truong - Head of the District Department of Agriculture and Environment.

At the same time, the election of additional Vice Chairman of the District People's Council, term VII, 2021 - 2026 for comrade K'Dung - Chairman of the District Labor Federation.
Delegates of Lam Ha District People's Council voted to elect comrade K'Dung as Vice Chairman of Lam Ha District People's Council with 100% approval.
Comrade K'Dung was born in 1976, a bachelor of Economics Law University. Before being elected as Vice Chairman of Lam Ha District People's Council, Comrade K'Dung was an expert of the District Culture and Information Department; an expert of the Labor Federation; Vice Chairman of the Labor Federation; Chairman of the District Labor Federation.

In his closing speech at the meeting, the Chairman of Lam Ha District People's Council requested the District People's Committee to focus on directing specialized agencies to stabilize the organizational structure, implement investment preparation work, and allocate resources so that programs and projects can be soon implemented and built on schedule, ensuring quality and efficiency.
