Reviewing redundant and inefficiently used headquarters in Quang Binh

In order to avoid wasting office buildings, unused, ineffectively used or improperly used public facilities, and wasting public assets, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province requests departments, branches, sectors, units, and localities with unused surplus houses and land as summarized in Official Dispatch No. 87/UBND-TH dated January 17, 2025: Decide to handle according to authority or develop a plan, adjust the plan to rearrange and handle houses and land and submit it to competent authorities for approval according to regulations.

Review and report on surplus, unused, ineffectively used, improperly used houses and land that have not been summarized in Official Dispatch No. 87/UBND-TH; decide to handle according to authority or program competent authorities to approve handling plans according to regulations, report results to the Department of Finance for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.

Departments, branches, sectors, units and localities must complete the preparation of plans and adjust plans for rearranging and handling houses and land and send them to the Department of Finance before March 28, 2025.

The Department of Finance synthesizes and reports to the Provincial People's Committee for approval and adjustment of the plan for rearrangement and handling of real estate before April 7, 2025.

After the plan for rearranging and handling houses and land is approved, departments, branches, and localities shall report the implementation results to the Department of Finance before the 25th of the last month of the quarter. The Department of Finance shall summarize the report to the Provincial People's Committee and report to the Ministry of Finance before the 5th of the first month of the following quarter.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns heads of departments, branches, sectors, unions, provincial-level units, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, towns... to take full responsibility for information, reported data and handling of unused, ineffectively used, improperly used public assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, preventing waste and loss of state assets.
