A parade where everyone is "one."

On March 25th, a joint parade rehearsal was held at the National Military Training Center 4 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the leadership of the Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang - Member of the Political Bureau, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, and Minister of National Defense - expressed gratitude for the efforts of the officers and soldiers participating in the parade commemorating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country.

Notably, General Phan Van Giang stated that on this occasion, the armies of many countries that fought alongside Vietnam in the resistance war also wished to participate in the parade commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, together with the Vietnam People's Army.

"This joy belongs not only to Vietnam, to the Vietnamese people, and to the heroic Vietnam People's Army, but also to friends around the world," said General Phan Van Giang.

“Through observing this, I and my colleagues present today are truly proud that your movements embody the strength of the Vietnam People's Army, the militia, and the armed forces. This is something I deeply appreciate and acknowledge. It's truly a case of 'one hundred as one,' and we will carry this spirit, will, and belief to victory and, in any task we undertake, will be as determined as we were during our training days," General Phan Văn Giang emphasized.

Consider linking emulation campaigns to participation in parades and marches.

General Phan Van Giang requested that the forces participating in the parade and march continue to actively practice and master the drill movements according to the tasks of each block and force; closely combine training and joint practice, overcome all difficulties, utilize all time for practice, and strictly adhere to discipline.

Regarding the task of organizing and commanding the movement of forces into Ho Chi Minh City, General Phan Van Giang requested that the command work be ensured to be tight, safe, and absolutely secure.

Upon arriving at the assembly point, quickly settle into your living quarters and prepare for phase 3 training (comprehensive training, preliminary rehearsal, final rehearsal, and official mission execution).

General Phan Van Giang requested the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services to ensure the full and comprehensive provision of means and technical equipment for the forces participating in the parade and march.

At the same time, maintain good environmental hygiene, ensure food safety and hygiene, improve the quality of meals, and take good care of the health of officers and soldiers.

General Phan Van Giang also requested the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army to study and consider guidelines for emulation campaigns linked to participation in parades and marches.
