NDO - On the afternoon of March 26, in Hanoi, the Ministry of National Defense held a ceremony to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Vietnam Militia and Self-Defense Forces' Traditional Day (March 28, 1935 - March 28, 2025) and receive the Ho Chi Minh Medal. President Luong Cuong, Chairman of the National Defense and Security Council, Commander-in-Chief of the People's Armed Forces attended and delivered a speech. General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense chaired the ceremony.
