On October 14, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced that it had issued a decision on the conditions for separating residential land plots or land plots with residential land and other land in the same plot.
For wards in Hai Chau and Thanh Khe districts, the minimum area for land division is 50 square meters and the width of the land plot edge is 3.5 meters or more.
Wards in Son Tra district; My An and Khue My wards (Ngu Hanh Son district); Khue Trung and Hoa Tho Dong wards (Cam Le district) and Hoa Minh and Hoa Khanh Nam wards (Lien Chieu district), the minimum area for land division is 60 square meters and the width of the land plot is 4 meters.

Minimum residential land area of 70m2, minimum plot width of 4m is applied to Hoa An ward of Cam Le district, remaining wards of Lien Chieu district.
The remaining wards belong to Ngu Hanh Son district, the remaining wards belong to Cam Le district, the frontage location of National Highway 1, Truong Son, National Highway 14G, DT 602, DT 605 belongs to Hoa Vang district, the minimum area for land division is 80m2, width from 4m.
Communes in Hoa Vang district must have a minimum area of 120m2 and a width of 5m to be divided into plots.
In case the land plot is located in an alley and the alley boundary planning has been approved by a competent authority, the issued boundary shall apply.
In case the land plot is located in an alley without regulations on road clearance, the expected alley width must be at least equal to the alley road clearance in the area and not less than 2m, in the areas of the following districts: Hai Chau, Thanh Khe, Son Tra, Lien Chieu, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le; for Hoa Vang district, the minimum width is 5m.
