DNVN - On March 20, Dong A University organized the Vietnam - Japan cultural exchange program in 2025 with many unique cultural exchange activities. This is the 10th annual program at Dong A University, aiming to celebrate the 52nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (1973-2025).
With many cultural and artistic exchange activities between Vietnam and Japan interwoven throughout the day, the Vietnam - Japan Cultural Exchange Program 2025 at Dong A University is open to all students and high school students in Da Nang City to learn about Japanese culture, people and language.
The Vietnam - Japan Cultural Exchange Program 2025 at Dong A University took place with many special activities.
Mr. Mori Takero acknowledged the hard work and perseverance in organizing and congratulated Dong A University on the 10th anniversary of the Vietnam - Japan cultural exchange event at the school. Along with the lively cultural exchange activities, Dong A University has developed a network of partners including 8 provinces, cities, 13 universities, academies and more than 130 large and small corporations and enterprises, providing good support for students' post-graduation employment.
Many former students of Dong A University have found jobs and built successful careers in Japanese companies or Japanese companies in Vietnam. Mr. Mori Takero expressed his hope that students and high school students will feel the beauty of Japan and the beauty of the Vietnam-Japan relationship through this program.
According to Dr. Ngo Quang Vinh - Vice President of Dong A University, the program has had a strong impact on students, especially adding a "channel" for them to have the opportunity to learn and explore Japanese culture, people and language through a series of lively exchange activities taking place throughout the day. This has contributed to strengthening the cooperative and friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan.
At this year's program, 16 more Vietnam - Japan bridge scholarships were awarded to students of all majors participating in the 1-year internship program in Japan from the second quarter of 2025, with the total value of the scholarship this time up to nearly 70 million VND in addition to support throughout the process of studying Japanese and major before departure as well as the time of internship and work in Japan of students.
Accordingly, Omdo Overseas Human Resources Exploitation Organization (Japan) has awarded scholarships worth 3 - 5 million VND/scholarship to students majoring in Tourism, Automotive Engineering Technology, Nursing and Japanese Language to participate in internships at Japanese partners.
