The event was organized in the format of the Olympic Games opening ceremony, with the participation of more than 15,000 people, representing 80,000 employees in the T&T Group - SHB system, in which priority was given to workers directly involved in domestic and foreign production, contributing to creating a vibrant, inspiring cultural space and aiming at comprehensive human resource development.

In particular, the fire-requesting and torch-carrying ceremony from Hung Temple - a sacred symbol of the nation's origin, has been passed down through generations of T&T - SHB leaders and employees and was lit at the My Dinh Stadium fire station. The sacred moment when more than 15,000 people sang the National Anthem together, setting a new Vietnamese record, not only expressed national pride but also affirmed the commitment to accompany the sustainable development of the country and take people as the main subject in all activities of the private enterprise sector.

Notably, in a meaningful speech at the event, Mr. Do Quang Hien - Chairman of T&T Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB Bank - sent the message "Steadfastly entering the new era" to more than 80,000 employees in the system. Accordingly, businessman Do Quang Hien emphasized patriotism, national spirit, always looking back to the country's roots, gratitude and appreciation to our ancestors, heroic martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers, gratitude to the community - those who have been creating conditions for us to have today's development.
