Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to promote attracting businesses to invest in construction and business of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters in the province until 2030.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, attracting enterprises to invest in technical infrastructure of industrial clusters, accelerating the progress of investment in infrastructure of industrial clusters, in order to meet the demand for land to attract investment in developing industrial production, small-scale industry, relocating production facilities to industrial clusters, solving environmental pollution in the province, will contribute to effectively implementing the plan to develop industrial clusters in the province.
Quang Ngai province sets a specific goal by 2030 to establish new and strive to attract businesses and be the investor in building technical infrastructure for 8-10 industrial clusters.
Attracting enterprises to be investors in technical infrastructure , receiving the transfer of 5-7 industrial clusters, with technical infrastructure projects formed from the state budget.
Invest in basic completion of technical infrastructure of established industrial clusters; invest in completion of technical infrastructure of at least 40% - 50% of the area of newly established industrial clusters. Achieve occupancy rate of industrial land for lease in industrial clusters of 70% - 75%.
To realize the above goal, Quang Ngai province will review construction planning, urban planning, land use planning... in accordance with the planning. Prioritize land use quota allocation for industrial clusters. At the same time, shorten administrative procedures to create favorable conditions for investors to access land and implement technical infrastructure investment projects.
Regarding investment attraction solutions, Quang Ngai province will improve the capacity and effectiveness of investment promotion activities; promote to the right target, with focus and key points to attract capital sources from the people, domestic and foreign enterprises.
Support and facilitate investors, continue to implement projects in the province; regularly update and provide basic information to investors on potential, opportunities, environment, and investment procedures in industrial clusters; diversify channels to promote information on investment attraction.
Cooperate and support investors in building technical infrastructure for industrial clusters, attracting secondary investors; increase support for secondary investors, carry out procedures for investment and business registration, and tax payment procedures.
Maintain and innovate the content of meetings to listen to feedback and grasp difficulties, promptly find solutions and support investors.
Continue to promote the improvement of the investment and business environment; ensure publicity, transparency, healthy competition and equality for investors.
Promote administrative reform, shorten the processing procedures, enhance coordination between relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to implement the “one-stop” mechanism, minimize the time and cost of administrative procedures. And another important solution is to focus on supporting compensation and site clearance to hand over to investors to implement project construction...
