This is an important step in expanding the province's industrial infrastructure to attract investment and promote socio-economic development.

Specifically, Kim Thai Industrial Park in Vu Ban district has an area of ​​69.04 hectares, divided into two investment phases: Phase I (2024-2027) with 50 hectares and Phase II (2026-2028) with 19.04 hectares. The project is invested by Thien Minh Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with a total investment of more than VND 899 billion. Phase I is expected to start construction in the first quarter of 2026 and will be put into operation after 24 months. The project's operating period is 50 years.

Kim Thai Industrial Park is oriented to develop multi-industry, including mechanics, food processing, construction materials production, wood processing, plastic products, packaging, handicrafts, pharmaceuticals, rubber products, textiles (excluding dyeing), auto parts production, electronics assembly, electrical equipment and other supporting industries.

Hop Hung Industrial Park, also located in Vu Ban District, covers an area of ​​53.5 hectares and is invested in by Hop Hung Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company. The total investment capital of the project is over VND712 billion, expected to start construction in the first quarter of 2026 and be operational after 24 months. The project's operating period is 50 years.

Hop Hung Industrial Park is planned to focus on production and processing of agricultural products - food, production of medicine, pharmaceutical chemicals, assembly of electrical - electronic equipment, household appliances, high-tech mechanics, assembly of cars - motorbikes, production of construction materials, processing of wood, rubber, metals, handicrafts and supporting industries.

Yen Chau Industrial Park, located in Giao Thuy district, has a total area of ​​75 hectares, with two investment phases: Phase I (2024-2027) of 39.6 hectares and Phase II (2026-2027) of 35.4 hectares. The investor is Industrial Park Joint Stock Company 1369, with a total investment capital of more than VND 876 billion. Phase I is expected to start construction in the first quarter of 2026 and will be put into operation 24 months after the commencement date. The project's operating period is 50 years.

Yen Chau Industrial Park focuses on developing mechanical engineering, agricultural and food processing industry, handicrafts, supporting industries and other processing and manufacturing industries.

According to the Nam Dinh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, in addition to Ninh Co Economic Zone, 6 large industrial parks (Hoa Xa, My Trung, Bao Minh, Bao Minh expansion, Rang Dong Textile, My Thuan) and many operating industrial parks, Nam Dinh province will develop 10 more industrial parks and many new industrial parks in 9 districts and cities. The development of new industrial parks such as Hop Hung, Kim Thai and Yen Chau will contribute significantly to attracting investment, creating jobs and promoting local economic growth.

The People's Committee of Nam Dinh province directed departments, branches and sectors to closely coordinate with the investor to ensure the project is implemented on schedule and with quality. The investor builds the technical infrastructure of Kim Thai Industrial Park; Hop Hung Industrial Park; Yen Chau Industrial Park; strictly implements the provisions of the law on Investment Law, Land Law, Environmental Protection Law, Construction Law, Labor Law, Fire Prevention and Fighting Law and other relevant regulations.

The local government also pledged to create favorable conditions for businesses to operate, contributing to the economic development of Nam Dinh province in a sustainable and modern direction.
