After entering the 13-character customer code (PE code) to check electricity bill information, MoMo automatically saves user information and sends bill notifications from the 2nd to the 5th of each month. At the same time, users can choose to pay directly on MoMo without having to re-enter the customer code for the next time.

Users can also look up and pay their own and their loved ones’ electricity bills right on MoMo. This is especially meaningful for parents and the elderly living in rural areas who are not familiar with mobile technology, not familiar with downloading and logging into applications or making online payments.

Sharing information on electricity bills and payment costs on MoMo is also a prominent feature that helps family members or groups of friends living in the same room easily track electricity bills and "share money" every month. In addition, users do not have to pay service fees when paying electricity bills with VISA cards on MoMo and Postpaid Wallet also supports users to pay electricity bills.

MoMo also provides a service to count and manage all of users' bills in the last 6 months, providing a convenient and easy experience when managing and paying electricity, water, internet bills as well as other services right on one platform. This not only saves time but also helps users manage their personal finances effectively.

From April 1 to April 15, 2024, the 5 earliest customers who pay their electricity bills on MoMo with the transaction code (TID) ending in 150424 will receive a travel gift card package worth 1 million VND, including 2 gift cards with a 300,000 VND discount when paying for airline tickets (applicable to bills from 500,000 VND) and 2 gift cards with a 200,000 VND discount when paying for train tickets (applicable to bills from 400,000 VND). For customers who pay their electricity bill for the first time via MoMo or have not paid within 60 days, they will receive an immediate 10,000 VND discount when entering the code DIEN24 at the final payment step (applicable to bills from 80,000 VND)...
